What obstacles have you identified as a self-publisher?

Inventory! Packing and shipping! Customer service! Good lord, I hardly had time to do the actual comic! Now I publish with friends in Canada who run a neat company with employees specifically trained in fulfillment. I’ve turned the former packing & shipping room in my house into a bar. I will never go back.
